GIVEAWAY: Make spring spooky with a horror film bundle from Shudder

Blossoming flowers, fuzzy little bees and endless sunshine – yep, spring is a tough time for those of us whose tastes are more so aligned with all things macabre. But fear not – while the misery, darkness and chill of winter might be behind us, the connoisseurs of horror at Shudder have given us the perfect opportunity to add a hefty dose of spook to your spring, in the form of the beloved streaming platform’s best horror flicks.

In cahoots with Acorn Media and Shudder, BLUNT is giving away six horror film bundles to six lucky winners. And what might you find dwelling deep within this most spine-tingling package? Well, behold – if you dare.

Scare Me

During a power outage, two strangers tell scary stories. The more Fred and Fanny commit to their tales, the more the stories come to life in the dark of a Catskills cabin. The horrors of reality manifest when Fred confronts his ultimate fear: Fanny may be the better storyteller.

Tigers Are Not Afraid

A haunting horror fairytale set against the backdrop of Mexico’s devastating drug wars, Tigers Are Not Afraid follows a group of orphaned children armed with three magical wishes, running from the ghosts that haunt them and the cartel that murdered their parents. Filmmaker Issa López creates a world that recalls the early films of Guillermo del Toro, imbued with her own gritty urban spin on magical realism to conjure a wholly unique experience that audiences will not soon forget.

Terrified

On an ordinary suburban street in Buenos Aires, voices are heard from kitchen sinks. Bodies are levitating. Evil is here. It is up to a doctor, her colleague, and an ex-cop to get to the bottom of this neighbourhood nightmare. Demian Rugna’s must-see TERRIFIED is one of the scariest movies of any year.

Random Acts of Violence

When comic book creator Todd Walkley embarks on a road trip to a convention, people start getting killed. It soon becomes clear that a crazed fan is using Todd’s Slasherman comic as inspiration for the brutal murders. As the bodies pile up – and Todd’s friends and family become victims themselves – Todd will be forced to take artistic responsibility.
