While the band has yet to officially confirm anything, the timing certainly fits. AC/DC recently wrapped up their Power Up UK and Europe tour in August with a raucous show at Dublin’s Croke Park.

The Power Up tour saw the band reunited with singer Brian Johnson, guitarists Angus and Stevie Young, drummer Matt Laug, and new bassist Chris Chaney (who’s also played with Jane’s Addiction and Alanis Morissette). The shows were a wild celebration of their legacy and their 2020 album Power Up, which was a triumphant return after years of silence. The new lineup proved to be a perfect fit, with fans praising the high-energy performances and explosive set- lists.

There’s growing speculation about new material from AC/DC alongside the tour. After the recent success of Power Up, fans are now wondering if the band will release new music or debut tracks live. Plus, with the palpable energy of their recent shows, it’s clear AC/DC still has plenty to offer. Whether it’s new songs, a revamped stage show, or surprise guests, the upcoming tour is set to be a historic event in rock.

With tickets reportedly going on sale in a couple of days, the buzz around an official announcement is palpable. Rock fans across North America and the rest of the world are watching closely—AC/DC’s return is surely about to make some serious noise.
