Yungblud announces Australian tour

By On

Not to be outdone by a global pandemic, tour de force Yungblud has announced today that he’ll return to Australia in September next year. With hope in our hearts and pink socks on our feet, audiences across the land down under can buy tickets to the Life On Mars titled affair from this Friday. If you live in Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide or Sydney, you’re home free. If not, get your road trip game faces on.

Yungblud is no stranger to Australia, with the Yorkshire born titan having made the trip for three sold out runs previously. He’ll be touring his sophomore album, Weird!, which is set to drop early next month on December 4. The first 50 fans to purchase tickets to each show of the Life On Mars Australian tour will receive an invite to a meet and greet party with the man himself.

“I’m so excited to get back down there and see my Aussie fans!” the musician shared. “I’m sitting on a lot of pent up energy, emotion and passion so you all better prepare yourselves. I’ve had a year trapped in a room and my ADHD needs to have some gasoline put on it and set me on fire…let’s get it!”

What the tour represents is an end to the indefinite hiatus of our lives as we knew them, with COVID-19 having prevented live shows from taking place for such a long time and continuing to see a ban on international travel. Prior to the physical shows taking place next year, Yungblud will be embarking on a digital world tour, The Weird Time of Life, with an Aussie showing on Monday the 7th of December at 8PM AEDT. Capacity is limited, but you can head here to nab tickets.
