What other names did you consider calling yourselves?
Every X-Files reference you could possibly imagine.

Where are you from and what would be the most recognisable local landmark?
Melbourne / Franco Cozzo.

Who is in your band, what do they play and what is their non-musical superpower?
Georgia Maq – Guitar & Vocals, qualified nurse.
Thomo – Drums, wearing a beanie all through summer.
Kelly – Bass, having perfect hair. Always.

Name your three biggest influences.
Hop Along, Sleater Kinney, and Blink 182.

What’s the usual first topic of conversation when you take a break at rehearsal?
All day McDonald’s Brekky.

What’s your pre-show warm-up routine?
Georgia sings in the toilet, Thomo drinks pints of Coopers, and Kelly asks to trade the beer rider to wine.

Tell us about your most memorable show.
Our instore at Poison City Records on Brunswick St. It was the first full band instore and the line-up was all female and rad.

What band would you most like to share the stage with?
The Veronicas.

What’s the most exciting album you’ve listened to recently?
The Bennies – Wisdom Machine.

What is your latest release and why should we buy it?
Our self titled LP (due for release in April via Poison City). You can melt it down and make a cool bowl.

If you could be endorsed by one company, who would it be?

Why are you going to make it to the top over all the other contenders in the musical arena?
We’d be happy with 3rd place.

Other than Dave Grohl, who has the best beard in rock?
Our dad; Fitzy Fitzgerald from The Smith Street Band.
