Suicide Silence Return To Australia For A Headline Tour This September

Suicide Silence

Metalcore maniacs of Australia, rejoice! Californian shredders Suicide Silence have announced their long, long overdue return to our shores for this September.

The band were initially scheduled to make their way Down Under last year in support of Parkway Drive‘s IRE tour, however due to circumstances we’re still not quite sure of, they ended up pulling the pin and Thy Art Is Murder took their place. We knew it wouldn’t be long before the quintet made it up to us, though, so consider our hype as heavy as it was a year ago.

Making their first Aussie trek since Soundwave 2014, the band will make stops in all the usual capitals: Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth – plus a cheeky lil’ Newcastle show for good measure, too. An announcement on support acts is set to be made closer to September; expect plenty (and by that, we mean for each show) of shred-heavy local legends.

Suicide Silence’s last release was 2014’s You Can’t Stop Me, which debuted new vocalist Eddie Hermida filling the shoes of former scream-lord Mitch Lucker, following Lucker’s 2013 death.

Tickets on sale next Tuesday, July 5th at 9am via the links below!
