Bring Me The Horizon Have Cancelled The Last Two Dates Of Their Australian Tour

Bring Me The Horizon

After making the last-minute decision to cancel their Adelaide show this week, Bring Me The Horizon have now announced that the final two dates of their currently-underway Australian tour have now been cancelled.

The dates were set to go down in Melbourne tonight and tomorrow night. The band had initially hoped that frontman Oli Sykes would recover from a viral throat infection in time for the performances, but unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case. Doctors have diagnosed Sykes with acute laryngitis and ordered him to rest immediately.

Refunds for both shows are available from the point of purchase; Bring Me The Horizon have stated that a run of make-up dates will go down in 2017 – Melbourne and Adelaide are a given, but it’s unknown if the dates will also include other cities.

Architects guitarist Adam Christianson also tweeted that they’ll return in 2017 as well, and will be doing a signing at 24Hundred’s flagship store tomorrow.
