Modern Baseball Release Their Own Coffee And Hot Sauce, Because… Okay
Pennsylvanian sadboy quartet Modern Baseball are just a week and a bit out from hitting up their first (and almost completely sold out) Australian tour, and just under a month and a half away from dropping Holy Ghost – their third, and effortlessly most feels-churning LP. To say we’re hyped for both would be the understatement of the year, but now, we have yet another MoBo flavoured thing to look forward to… Literally.
Because merely listening to Modern Baseball isn’t enough, the band have today announced a way for fans to eat and drink Modern Baseball, thanks to their pun-tastic Holy Roast coffee and Weak Sauce hot sauce. The coffee comes courtesy of ReAnimator Coffee Roasters – it hasn’t been described, but we’re assuming it’s a ghoulishly medium blend. With a tongue-fuckingly merciless base of ghost peppers, it should be noted that the “weak” sauce is horrifically mis-titled.
The foodstuffs cost $18 and $15 respectively (or $32 for both), and can be picked up from the band’s webstore. Prices are in USD, though, so should you choose to indulge in the most post-emo breakfast known to mankind, you’ll be shelling out an earnest $42 – which it totally worth it, if you ask us.

Holy Ghost is out May 13th via Run For Cover / Cooking Vinyl Australia.
