Guitar Wizard Plini To Team Up With Intervals For Australian Tour

plini 1

Everyone’s favourite shred lord Plini has announced that he will partner with Canadian prog-metallers Intervals for a tour of the Great Southern Land later this year. Kicking off this September,  the “Electric Sunrise” run of shows will take in east coast dates as well as shows in Perth and Adelaide.

While Plini will be debuting tunes from his forthcoming album, Handmade Cities, Intervals will be tearing it up retrospective to their 2015 release The Shape Of Colour. On top of that, beloved locals Polaris will be joining the tour for its Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne dates. Those guys are killing it off the back of their sophomore EP, The Guilt & The Grief. Adelaide artist Dyssidia will provide support in Adelaide, while Absent Hearts are first cab off the rank in Perth.

As if those acts featuring didn’t make this tour one you can’t miss, it also has the damn excellent feature of a Masterclass and Q&A session that you can attend before the show. The hour-long event will see Plini and Intervals guitarist Aaron Marshall knowledge-share some sick composition and guitar techniques, as well as some A+ career advice.

Tickets are on sale Monday July 11th @ 9am.
