Five Finger Death Punch Cancel Upcoming Australian Shows

Five Finger Death Punch

This morning Las Vegas metallers Five Finger Death Punch announced that they will be cancelling their upcoming appearances in Oz due to frontman Ivan Moody being hospitalised in his hometown of Denver, Colorado.

The singer has expressed his sincere apologies and is set to make a full recovery, however the band has been forced to withdraw from their own headline shows with King Parrot in Sydney and Melbourne, as well as their dates with Black Sabbath on their last ever Australian tour. 5FDP are no doubt as gutted as you are about the news, especially given the fact they’re Sabbath diehards themselves.

Those of you who purchased tickets for Five Finger Death Punch’s headline shows in Melbourne and Sydney (Wed April 20th and Fri April 22nd respectively) will be contacted by the relevant ticketing outlet to advise of the process for securing a refund.

We’re quite sure none of you would have forked out for a Sabbath show purely to see Moody and co. perform, but if you did, there’s a good chance you can plead your case and get a refund as well. Though we’d strongly recommend you catch Black Sabbath on what is pegged as their last ever Australian tour.
