Quentin Tarantino Reponds To “Ghetto” Comment; Won’t Be Apologising

Quentin Tarantino

In Sydney for the Australian press tour of The Hateful Eight, director Quentin Tarantino was joined on stage by stars Samuel L Jackson and Kurt Russell for a fan Q+A session at the historic Hayden Orpheum Cinema last night.

After again using the word “ghetto” in conversation to describe something as inferior to something else – the same context which had him labelled as “racially insensitive” this week at the Golden Globes – a quick jab from good friend Jackson saw him launch into an expletive-filled tirade that had the sold out room of 700 fans and his cast roaring with laughter.

Needless to say, he won’t be apologising anytime soon. Or maybe he has more apologising to do now? You decide, internet judges of the universe.

Check out Quentin Tarantino’s rather NSFW rant below.
