You Me At Six Are Back And Kicking With A New Full-Length On The Way

You me AT six

Having a slow week? Get excited! UK pop-rockers You Me At Six have finally announced the details of their fifth full-length record – Night People will drop on January 13th via Virgin Records. Even though that sounds far away, it’s really only just under five months off. That’s totally, definitely, 100% way sooner than we thought it would have been.

To tide you over during the wait, YMAS have streamed the titular single, which was premiered as the Hottest Record in the World on Annie Mac’s BBC Radio 1. Night People is the fifth studio album from the British outfit, post-dating 2014’s Cavalier Youth. It was recorded in Nashville with Jacquire King, a Grammy-Award winning producer whose portfolio cites work with Kings Of Leon, James Bay and City And Colour.

The last time the boys were here was in 2015, so hopefully the announcement sees them return to our shores to tour the new material sooner rather than later. In the meantime, re-visit their Live At Wembley performance, then listen to their new song way, way too many times.
