Watch Issues’ New Music Video For “Coma”
Atlanta crew Issues are releasing a new album next month, and they’ve dropped a badarse new single off of it to get you hyped. “Coma”, the second track to stream from Headspace, is post-hardcore-meets-Craig-David, and it’s pretty damn enjoyable. Scope out the video below.
The clip features model Shaun Ross and the dope rainbow makeup of Victoria McGrath. It was directed by Dillon Novak, the man behind the plan on one of the band’s earlier videos, “Mad At Myself”. He’s also worked with the likes of Against The Current, Crown The Empire and Dance Gavin Dance. The tune first hit the public airspace via a premiere on Zane Lowe’s Beats 1 show.
Headspace marks the outfit’s sophomore LP, following on from Issues’ 2014 self-titled release. The first cut off the record, titled “The Realest”, can be jammed here. We can confirm that it is, in fact, real, but whether or not it’s the realest is up to you.

Headspace will drop on May 20 via Rise Records.
