Totally Unicorn Have Made The Ultimate Parkway Drive Parody Clip

Winston-Drew

If you’re a fan of Parkway Drive, then the film clip for Totally Unicorn’s new single, “Customer Service Station”, is probably one of the greatest things you’ll see on the internet today. It’s a big call, we know, but hear us out.

Sydney’s resident party monsters were deeply inspired by Parkway Drive’s “Vice Grip”. You know, the song people petitioned to make our national anthem a couple of months ago? The beloved metalcore act even provided a handy behind-the-scenes vid so fans could scope out how they did it.

Well, Totally Unicorn have gone and made something of an homage to “Vice Grip”, craftily using a bee’s dick of the budget Parkway probably had. They set up their gear and play in front of a plane on the tarmac, and even jump out of one in much the same way Winston and co. do, even if the Unicorn members falling out of the sky more closely resembles the horndog babies in this 2003 Boogie Pimps clip.

It wouldn’t be a Totally Unicorn video without gratuitous nudity, so the odd blacked-out dong might make an appearance somewhere in there as well.

If you’re at all partial to the band’s riotous ear bashing, you’ll soon have the chance to hear the song cranked out in a live setting as Totally Unicorn embark on an east coast tour in May with Batpiss and The Pinheads. Believe us when we say that it will be a messy, messy night. Have a squiz at the tour dates below.
