Bring Me The Horizon Announce Release Date For Orchestra Show DVD

Bring Me The Horizon

It was only a matter of time before a heavy band actually recruited a fucking orchestra to play with them. Though we’re somewhat ticked off it isn’t Cypress Hill, we are pretty fucking stoked on the idea of watching softcore titans Bring Me The Horizon slay a sold-out arena with some strings to soundtrack them.

Live At The Royal Albert Hall was recorded back in April, with a setlist built on cuts from last year’s That’s The Spirit, 2013’s Sempiternal and 2010’s There Is a Hell, Believe Me I’ve Seen It. There Is a Heaven, Let’s Keep It a Secret. – all cuts perfectly designed for a wash of ethereality.

The release will hit shelves on December 2nd via Sony, with all proceeds going straight to the Teenage Cancer Trust.

As per their website, the TCT provides “world-class cancer services for young people in the UK, providing life-changing care and support so young people don’t have to face cancer alone.” Year in and year out, they generate an average of $25.6 Million AUD to support ill youth battle their cancer. BMTH join a growing list of iconic artists who’ve teamed up with the TCT to slam out these classic shows, including Paul McCartney and The Who.

In true BMTH style, Live At The Royal Albert Hall will be available on a stack of formats – 2x CD, 3x vinyl, DVD and Blu-Ray.

Making up for lost time on their ill-fated tour last month, BMTH will make their way Down Under in February ’17 for three arena shows in Melbourne and Adelaide.
