Blink-182 Played A Random Show At Bethesda’s E3 Conference, Because Okay

as_xg_blinkvideo_2048

Video games and music go together like the new Oreo chocolate and my mouth – I mean c’mon, who could ever deny the simply timeless work of art that is Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 2? That’s right.

No matter how perfectly scrappy ’90s pop-punk melds with our million-point manual combos, though, we can’t say we’ve ever thought about blasting some Blink-182 while we smash through a Skyrim sesh. Still, the seminal fist pump heroes made a drop-in at Bethesda‘s E3 press conference, smashing out classic cuts like “Dammit” and “All The Small Things” to an audience of journo nerds and podcast kings.

Through somewhat questionable means, it would seem, Blink-182 are currently hyping their forthcoming comeback album California – which is out July 1st worldwide. During the preceding press conference at Gamer Christmas, Bethesda announced a stack of games set for release across 2016 and 2017, including native VR ports of Fallout 4 and Doom, a current-gen remaster of Skyrim, and a reboot of the first-person adventure title Prey.
