I've been looking at a couple bands seeing which one had the best breakdowns.
For me the best breakdowns were by Parkway Drive, xThe Warx and The Ghost Inside.

But what do you think?

wow, parkway drive must be like, the best band in the world.

definately bands with better breakdowns. eg, August Burns Red, Antagonist A.D.

yea definetly parkway
but confession have shown themselfs to be once of the best up and coming
"Mosh Core" bands.

On average for every song, Parkway Drive.

But as a single song, Bet It All On Black - I Killed The Prom Queen.
