Hey there Blunters,
Thought we should let you all know about the Face The Music Conference in Melbourne in 2 Weeks. It is run by us (The Push) and is returning to the Arts Centre for its third year, Friday 19 – Saturday 20 November, 2010.
This will be particularly helpful for anyone who is trying to make it in the music industry. Hear from our speakers as they talk about their experience, unforseen traps, aiming for the top and dealing with both success and failure.
This year’s expanded two day conference will include over 75 respected international guest speakers including Graham Nixon (Resist Records), Lindsay McDougall (Frenzal Rhomb, Triple J), Ben Ralph (General Manager, Roadrunner Records) and Hayley Wilson (Director & Marketing, Roadrunner Records).
Over the two days sessions will explore stagecraft and songwriting, international festival opportunities, booking agents, touring, independent releases and labels, distribution and publishing, funding opportunities, career models and industry roles and much more.
To view the full program, guest speaker list and any other information head over to our website http://www.thepush.com.au and feel free to contact us with any questions!
Much Love,
The Push.
