Everyone has been raving about this HBO crime drama for years and as per usual, I didn't pay attention. After running out of Entourage, True Blood and Weeds episodes to watch I thought I should have a go and holy shit, I’m glad I did. Set in the shitty decaying city of Baltimore, Maryland, the show very loosely follows the actions of a detail of assorted cops and their interactions with the top brass, politicians, dock workers, developers and of course, loads of drug dealers and dead bodies, over 5 seasons. Best cop show ever? You betcha.
